Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reel Talk with is Jeff committed to providing valuable, actionable coaching that respects both your time and mine. To keep things clear and fair, here’s the deal:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to qualify for a full refund.

   • Any cancellations within 48 hours of your confirmed appointment are non-refundable—no exceptions. (Life happens, but my prep time is valuable too.)

   • No-shows are considered a last-minute cancellation and are also non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling:

   • We get it—sometimes plans change. You may reschedule your session once (with at least 48 hours' notice) at no additional charge.

   • If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, it will be treated as a cancellation.

3. Refund Process:

   • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Package Deals (like the 3-Pack Bundle):

   • Refunds for partially used packages are prorated based on the number of sessions used, minus a $25 administrative fee.

   • Packages are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase, even if unused.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

   • If Jeff needs to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule—your choice.
