1. Eligibility & Booking

• Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older.

• Minors (under 18) may participate in coaching sessions only if booked by a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians must supervise and take full responsibility for the session.​

 

2. Payments

• We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

• All payments must be completed in full at the time of booking. No appointment is confirmed without payment.​

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy [link or section] for detailed terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling. By booking, you agree to those terms.

4. No User Accounts

We do not currently require or provide user accounts or member logins. All transactions are handled through direct booking.

5. Service Scope

• All sessions are live and conducted virtually. No downloadable materials, recordings, or other deliverables are included unless otherwise specified.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.​

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and service offerings—is the property of 90 Minutes Happier Productions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without prior written consent.
