Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Reel Talk with Jeff committed to providing valuable, actionable coaching that respects both your time and mine. To keep things clear and fair, here’s the deal: Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to qualify for a full refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your confirmed appointment are non-refundable—no exceptions. (Life happens, but my prep time is valuable too.) No-shows are considered a last-minute cancellation and are also non-refundable. Rescheduling: We get it—sometimes plans change. You may reschedule your session once (with at least 48 hours' notice) at no additional charge. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, it will be treated as a cancellation. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Package Deals (like the 3-Pack Bundle): Refunds for partially used packages are prorated based on the number of sessions used, minus a $25 administrative fee. Packages are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase, even if unused. Exceptional Circumstances: If Jeff needs to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule—your choice. Important Note: These terms are in place to maintain fairness and balance. By booking a session, you agree to this policy in full.
